Memo on IPC Shooting rulebook (version March 2010)

Following questions received for the updated version of the IPC Shooting rulebook (version March 2010) and as 2010 IPC Shooting World Championships approach IPC Shooting would like to offer clarification on those points for your better understanding. Some of those points occurred due to redrafting of the document and some others need clarification on their interpretation.
For this reason an updated version of the IPC Shooting (March 2010 (v1.1) is in force and available on the rules section of the website.
